Public Beta
The Service is currently provided AS IS, for non-productive evaluation use only. By using the Service during the Public Beta phase, you acknowledge that the Service may contain bugs, errors, and other issues, and you agree to use it at your own risk. Tomorrowdata Srl makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service during this phase.
Content
User Content remains yours. TomorrowData claims no intellectual property rights over the content you submit or post through the Service ("User Content"). Your User Content belongs to you. By submitting User Content, you grant Tomorrowdata Srl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
Accounts
- One free Account per person is allowed.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify Tomorrowdata Srl immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Third-Party Services or Links to Other Web Sites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Tomorrowdata Srl. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
API Terms
Customers may access their iottly account data via the API. Any use of the API, including use of the API through a third-party product that accesses iottly, is bound by these Terms of Service. Abuse or excessively frequent requests to iottly via the API may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account's access to the API.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
